Color me surprised. I might be going to Blizzcon after all.

The soon-to-be Mrs Rokk, who doesn’t play WoW or any MMORPG, told me I should go. Why? Because I said it was something I’d like to do once in my life.

Yep, she’s a keeper.

Now there’s just the matter of getting a ticket on May 30th.

I was having some problems getting into WoW last night, so I grudgingly popped over to the WoW Forums (or as I like to call it, Shithead Central) to see what the bug is. Turns out the Battle.net authenticator nonsense was keeping people out, or something like that. When you’ve got a handful of blue posts out of 38 pages of mouth-breathers, bitching and moaning that they can’t get online to play their video game on a Friday night, it’s not a good sign. A pre-crisis to those lucky SOB’s who will be getting their tickets to Blizzcon 09.

Tickets go on sale at Noon CST. I suspect connection issues after that point as F5 buttons tap faster than the fanboy can fap.

The Rokk hit 72 last night. All right. Two more levels until he can get into Dalaran.
